Our September Healthcare Rockstar of the Month is someone who truly demonstrates the beliefs and standards we stand for here at Recruitment Alley. There aren't many people that exemplify this more than Curtis Jobe.

In the 5 months that Curtis has been with Recruitment Alley, he has gone on to showcase many of his best qualities each time he steps on to a facility floor. He has been given multiple shoutouts from his peers but also from facility administrators. It was already hard to miss Curtis given how tall this CNA is, but now it’s impossible because of the 5-star care he gives to his residents on a daily basis.

They also are constantly requesting him to work at their facility.  That is one of the biggest compliments you can receive as a healthcare worker.

The healthcare industry isn't anything new to Curtis. He has been in it for as long as he can remember. He grew up as his mom’s assistant while she was teaching CPR classes, and working as a long-time paramedic.

This prompted him to get into the healthcare industry for himself.    

“It’s just rewarding. I like to make their lives even just a little bit better.”  Curtis states as he explains why he loves healthcare.

Curtis also believes you can learn so much while working in healthcare, that is why his advice to people joining is, “One of the benefits of this field is there’s always something new to learn. There’s always a door open somewhere. Just find the door.”
