Welcome to the web site (the “Site”) of Recruitment Alley LLC (“Recruitment Alley”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). This Site is operated by Recruitment Alley with head office located at 2505 W Shaw Ave Suite B150 Fresno, CA 93711, and has been created to provide information about our company, our staffing services and, our cloud-based corporate messaging web application, communication and employee awareness mobile applications and related services (“Services”) to our Service visitors (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth Recruitment Alley’s policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected, used, shared and secured from visitors to the Site and Services. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information. The use of information collected through our Services shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Recruitment Alley.

Information We Collect

When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Site: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as name, email and phone number, when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Services. Wherever Recruitment Alley collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Recruitment Alley and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.

Other Information: When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use and operating system version.

Passive Collection: As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site.

In operating the Services, we may use technology called “cookies” or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Mobile Analytics: We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile application.

Location Information: Our Service may collect and use your location information(for example, by using the GPS on your mobile device) to provide certain functionality of our Service. If you choose to enable our location features, your location information may be publicly displayed within the Service. You may opt-out of location based services at any time by editing the setting at the device level or by emailing us at info@recruitmentalley.com.


Please keep in mind that other users can see this information about you, and they may use it or disclose it to other individuals or entities outside of our control and without your knowledge. Recruitment Alley is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to your use of such third-party applications and services, and we are not responsible for how those third parties collect, use and disclose your information and Content. Aggregated Data: We may also share aggregated information that no longer identifies individual users and other de-identified information with third parties.


Your Choices

You can visit the Site without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain Services.

You may sign-up to receive services updated via email or newsletter or text messages or other communications from us. If you would like to discontinue receiving this information, you may opt out of receiving promotional and newsletter communications from Recruitment Alley by following the opt-out instructions provided in those communications. We partner with a third party to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use cookies or similar technologies in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests.  


Access to Information

Upon request Recruitment Alley will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information. We may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Exclusions

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by Recruitment Alley other than Personal Data collected through the Site and Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Recruitment Alley through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as forums, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Recruitment Alley shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.

Children: Recruitment Alley does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on the Services without their permission. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Recruitment Alley (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that Recruitment Alley endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. Integrating Social Networking Services

One of the special features of the Service is that it may allow you to enable or log in to the Services via various social networking services like LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter (“Social Networking Service(s)”). By directly integrating these services, we make your online experiences richer and more personalized. To take advantage of this feature, we may ask you to log into or grant us permission via the relevant Social Networking Service. When you add a Social Networking Services account to the Service or log into the Service using your Social Networking Services account, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Social Networking Service and your data contained within that Social Networking Service. As part of such integration, the Social Networking Service will provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to the Social Networking Service, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Recruitment Alley takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we take reasonable efforts to guard personal information we knowingly collect directly from you, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Information Collected on the Services

Recruitment Alley collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our Service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.

An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to Recruitment Alley’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client.

Recruitment Alley will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
