You are REQUIRED to view all three of these videos prior to orientation— failure to do so will result in rescheduling your Zoom orientation. The purpose of the Zoom orientation is to answer any questions you may still have after watching the following orientation videos and to prepare you for your assignment with our client.

This video will show you how to use the Time Clock feature in the RA Mobile App.
Healthcare workers should use the time clock for their region. Please keep in mind that the timeclock is limited by a geofence, meaning you can only clock in and out when you are physically at your facility’s location. If you forget to do so, you must edit your shift before submitting it.
