Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies. Screen and interview qualified candidates. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals. Produce referrals and sales leads. Perform various customer service-related activities. Integrate into RA’s team environment to help achieve company goals. Maintain a professional attitude and exemplify RA’s company beliefs and values
