When am I eligible to opt in to the ALLEYCOIN Rewards Program?

How do I earn or keep track of my ALLEYCOIN?

· Friday or Saturday Shift = 1 AC

· Sunday Shift = 2 AC

· 12 Hour Shift = 2 AC

· Double Shift = 5 AC

Gold Tier (Consecutive Friday, Saturday, Sunday) = 30 AC

Platinum Tier (Consecutive Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) = 50 AC

Diamond Tier (Consecutive Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) = 100 AC

• *This is an approved bonus only. Must get Rebecca’s approval to receive extra coins for distance. This is only received if you live in major city near one of our facilities but we are sending you out further away as a thank you.

· On Call/Last Minute Shift* = 20 AC

When clocking out of shifts on Connecteam, employee scan note whether they worked any of the qualifying shifts to earn AC.

Employees can keep track of their ALLEYCOIN via weekly updates in the Employee Leaderboard in our app.

How do I cash in my ALLEYCOIN for prizes?

· Message Robert, in the app "I want to cash in my ALLEYCOIN"

· Robert will verify the amount of ALLEYCOIN you have

· Let Robert know which prize(s) you want from www.recruitmentalley.com/alleycoin-prizes (subject to availability)

· Robert will notify you when your prize is ready for pickup at our Fresno office

· MUST qualify to opt in:

· Prizes will be available 30-40 days after request

· MUST be a current RA employee at the time of pick up for Alleycoin Prizes.

What if I don’t have time to pick up my prize at the Fresno office?

At this time, we are unable to ship prizes out other than electronic gift cards. Please consider pickup prior to cashing in your ALLEYCOIN.

What do you mean “may be subject to tax withholdings”?

Unfortunately, nothing in life is free, and that includes ALLEYCOIN prizes. Some prizes may be subject to tax withholdings, meaning you may be taxed on your payroll for the market value of your prize. So that there is no confusion on this, our team will remind you of this tax when cashing out your ALLEYCOIN. For example: if $100 gift card is selected, you will see a bonus on your payroll for $100.00 and taxes will be withheld depending on your tax bracket.

I picked up a qualifying shift prior to enrolling in the ALLEYCOIN Rewards Program, can I still get those points?

No. ALLEYCOIN are only counted after your opt in date.
